All orders are prepared as soon as the order is received. However please refer to the below time slots for delivery time slots.

Refund and Return Policy

VG MART.com strives to make our customer's journey as smooth as possible right from the moment the order has been placed till the final stage, when the products have been delivered at your doorstep in fresh condition. Customer satisfaction, being our prime focus, you can return the product at the time of delivery, if you are not content with the freshness or the quality of the product. We will take the product back and issue a refund for the value of the returned products, which will either be credited to your account or adjusted in your invoice in case of cash on delivery. The refund processing of the payment made using credit or debit card, may take 5-6 working days or more, depending on your issuing bank system. Please note the Pre-cut items are not included under the Refund and Return policy.
